Lincoln University Athletics

Sterling Wright was an All-American during his time with the Lincoln men's basketball team and went on to be a 1973 sixth round draft pick of the Philadelphia 76ers. 

Wright finished his Lincoln career with more than 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds. 

After playing a couple of seasons in the ABA and NBA, Wright played professionally in the France Pro A League. He has been a national coach in Morocco, Barbados, Libya and Seychelles and was Master Coach for the Federation of International Basketball Association (FIBA) and International Olympic Committee (IOC).
