Hall of Fame Inductees
Taylor was a member of the Lincoln's 1995 indoor and outdoor national championship teams. A six-time all-American, Taylor won the 800-meter event at the 1993 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and field Championship. Taylor earned all-American status four times in the 800-meter event and is one of just two Lincoln runners to win an NCAA championship at 800 meters. Taylor currently serves as the Mississippi Valley State University Executive Director for Enrollment Management, serving in that capacity for nearly five years. He has the responsibility of overseeing the management of Valley’s Enrollment Management operations
Michael has nearly 22 years experience in the field of admissions, recruitment, marketing, enrollment management and fundraising. He has served at three other higher education institutions during his professional tenure, including Lincoln University in a number of capacities to include Assistant Director of Admissions, Director of Admissions, Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving, and Executive Director of Enrollment Management. Â

Professionally, Michael has served on the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC) Government Relations Committee; received a 2003 Certificate of Recognition for completing the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund’s Alumni Fundraising Training program; and, in 2007, he received a Certificate of Recognition for completing the Hampton University Executive Leadership program.  Michael has also held memberships with the College Board, the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Officers of Admission (MSACROA).
