Philosophy
The philosophy of the LU Strength & Conditioning program is to focus on functional movements and functional strength training to enhance athletic performance and decrease musculoskeletal injuries. Strength programs will be designed to enhance mobility and increase stability for the joints of the body to allow for optimal and safe performance.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM
The Lincoln Athletic Performance Center is located in the lower level of Manuel Rivero Hall Room 113.
The Lincoln Athletic Performance Center has state of the art weight equipment including: Free Weights, (4) Double Sided Power Racks, 2 sets of 30 ft Battle Ropes, 5 -100lb Rubber Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Swiss Balls, 5 Stackable Foam Plyo Boxes (3", 6", 12", 18" & 24"), (2) 30lb Weighted Chains, and (1) 45lb Weighted Chain, TRX Suspension Training System. The Lincoln Athletic Performance Center is outfitted with over a dozen Cybex Eagle NX Strength Machines including a Cybex Jungle Gym, Bravo Lift and Bravo Pro Functional Training Machine. The LAPC is also outfitted with cardio equipment that includes 2 Cybex Stationary Bikes, 3 Cybex Arc Trainers, a Cybex Treadmill.
