BALTIMORE, MD – The Lincoln University (PA) women's basketball team is set to compete in the 2025 CIAA Women's Basketball Tournament, looking to make a deep run and claim the championship title. The Lady Lions enter the tournament as the 5th seed in the Southern Division and will face 4th-seeded Shaw University in the opening round on February 25 at 2:20 p.m. at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, Maryland.

Lincoln will need to navigate a tough tournament bracket to make it to the championship game on March 1. If they secure a win against Shaw, they will advance to the quarterfinals on February 27, where they will face Virginia State at 2:20 p.m. A victory there would place them in the semifinals on February 28 at 12:00 p.m. against the winner of the Bowie State vs. Winston-Salem game. The tournament championship game is scheduled for March 1 at 1:00 p.m.

The Lady Lions have faced adversity throughout the season but remain determined to prove themselves on the biggest stage. With strong leadership and key players stepping up, Lincoln is primed to make a statement and fight for a conference title.
