Box Score BALTIMORE, MD (February 29, 2024)- In an electrifying CIAA Tournament matchup at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, Maryland, the Lincoln University Lions showcased their dominance on the court with a 76-62 victory over Elizabeth City State University. From the onset, Lincoln set a high tempo, commanding a 42-28 lead by halftime. The team's shooting efficiency was on full display, with a remarkable 50% (15-30) success rate from the field in the first half. Ethan Garita (Trenton, N.J./Princeton Day School) was a standout performer early on, scoring 12 points on a perfect 5-5 shooting and contributing two rebounds. Reggie Hudson's (Bronx, N.Y./St. Raymond's) playmaking skills were instrumental, dishing out seven assists, grabbing three rebounds, and nabbing two steals. Aidan Anderson (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape) also made his presence felt with eight points, including 2-3 from beyond the arc, while Freddie Young Jr added seven points, three assists, and two rebounds. The team's collective effort from the three-point line (4-10) and the free-throw line (8-11) further solidified their lead. Reggie Hudson (Bronx, N.Y./St. Raymond's) was rightfully named the Player of the Game. His all-around performance was spectacular, contributing 17 points, eight assists, and nine rebounds.
