Men's Basketball senior,
Korey Williams finished his college career with a 4.0 semester and finished his time at Lincoln University with a 3.87 cumulative GPA. Joining Williams with perfect 4.0s, are a trio of softball players including junior
MacKienzee Rasheed and freshmen,
Chloe Foster and
Maison Burton. Sophomore student-athletes include football player
Jaden Davis, women's basketball player
Jaleesa Lanier and track and field athlete
Clayton McLaren. The freshmen rounding out the group of 10 are women's soccer players
Justyce King and
Agustina Lorda, and volleyball player
Laila Newborn.
The Lincoln University softball team led the department in overall GPA with a 3.49 and had a total of three players with 4.0 GPAs. During the spring term, the top three team GPAs were softball (3.49), women's soccer (3.38) and women's basketball (3.36). In addition to competing in the CIAA Basketball Championship Final this season, men's basketball led all men's team in overall GPA with a 2.94.
The spring term saw 105 of 228 student-athletes earn a 3.0 GPA or better. There were also 126 student-athletes receiving the ADs Honor (3.0 or higher term or cumulative GPA). The University wide academic honors for student-athletes this term included 3 student-athletes reaching Part-time Dean's List status (3.30 GPA | 6-11 semester credits) and 66 student-athletes being named to the Dean's List (3.30 GPA | 12 semester credits or more). A total of 33 student-athletes reached Honors status and 10 made the President's List.
