Jaden Greenidge (Richmond, Va./Monacan) was named to the ECC Second Team as its third basemen.

He is now the second Lions player to be recognized among the league's best players since joining the conference in 2020 with the other being Elias Beltre who was voted to the First Team's outfield.

A six-foot native of Virginia's capital city, he recorded the fourth-most triples (3) and home runs (7) in the ECC while leading the league in sacrifice bunts with seven.

Greenidge led the Orange and Blue in all three categories of the slash line (.287 AVG / .372 OBP / .537 SLG) as well as total bases (73), RBIs (29), and hit-by-pitches (6), playing in 47 of the team's 48 (97.9%).
