DANBURY, Conn. – Fresh off a 21-8 regular season and a trip to the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championship (CIAA) Game, The Lincoln University was selected as the No. 1 seed in the 2015 ECAC Division II Women's Basketball Championship. The tournament consists of a four-team field with a semifinal round, followed by a championship round. The Lincoln University will serve as the host of the tournament.
In the semifinal contests on Saturday, March 14, The Lincoln University will host No. 4 Dominican College (15-14), while No. 2 Le Moyne College (17-13) will take on third-seeded Bluefield State College (19-7) at Manuel Rivero Hall in Lincoln University, Pa.
The semifinal winners will advance to the finals on Sunday, March 15, at The Lincoln University. The winner of Lincoln/Dominican will face the winner of Le Moyne/Bluefield State in the Championship on March 15, at the same site.
Semifinals – Saturday, March 14 at The Lincoln University
No. 4 Dominican (15-14) at No. 1 Lincoln (21-8) – 1 pm
No. 3 Bluefield State (19-7) vs No. 2 Le Moyne (17-13) – 4 pm
Championship – Sunday, March 15 at The Lincoln University
No. 1 Lincoln/No. 4 Dominican winner vs. No. 2 Le Moyne/No. 3 Bluefield - 1 pm
