Biography

2007: Finished third in NCAA in stolen bases per game (1.05). Was 22-for-22 in stolen bases. Batted .348 in 21 games (third on the team). Wyse led the team with 26 runs scored. He was second on the team with 23 hits and six doubles. Wyse drew a team-high 12 walks. Wyse’s longest hitting streak was seven games. Wyse had six multi-hit games including five two-hit games. Wyse had three hits against xxxx. In the opening game of a doubleheader against Gallaudet, Wyse had two hits including his second home run of the season in the bottom of the second inning. Wyse stole three bases and collected two hits in the second game of a doubleheader against Baptist Bible March 24.
2006: Finished fifth in the NCAA in stolen bases per game (1.0) and 14th in hit by pitches per outing (0.48). Helped Lincoln win a school record 14 games. Batted .254 in 25 games. Had 16 hits and scored 22 runs. He finished with three doubles and drove in 12 runs. Wyse was 25-for-28 in stolen base attempts. He was hit by a pitch 12 times to lead the team. Wyse stole four bases against Lancaster Bible on April 12. He also stole three bases against Saint Paul’s College and Gallaudet University. Wyse drove in two runs each four times (Elizabeth City, Neumann, Southern Vermont and Eastern). Wyse was 4-for-6 in 18-8 victory over Eastern. In addition to being hit by a pitch 12 times, Wyse also drew 16 bases on balls. Wyse scored two runs six times (Saint Paul’s College, Elizabeth City, Gallaudet, Neumann, Lancaster Bible and Christendom).
