PHILADELPHIA, PA – April 11, 2026 – The Lincoln University (PA) baseball team fell to Jefferson, 21-3 and 10-3, in a CACC doubleheader on Saturday.
Game 1 – Jefferson 21, Lincoln (PA) 3
Lincoln scored in the fourth, sixth, and seventh innings but came up short in game one.
Solomon Devard (Bear, Del./MOT Charter) led the offense with a solo home run, while Jaden Greenidge (Richmond, Va./Monacan) added a triple. Darryl Husband (Mechanicsville, VA) and Fredrick Perry each recorded RBIs for the Lions.
Lincoln finished with five hits in the contest.
Game 2 – Jefferson 10, Lincoln (PA) 3
The Lions struck first and added late runs but fell 10-3 in game two.
Lincoln scored in the first inning and added runs in the sixth and seventh. Devard drove in a run, and Greenidge added an RBI on a sacrifice fly. Sean Stoney (Rosedale, NY/Archbishop Molloy HS) and Keith Gardner (Franklinton, NC/South Granville HS) each contributed hits.
Lincoln totaled five hits in the game.
Lincoln will look to bounce back as CACC play continues.
