LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, PA- April 22, 2025– Harry Stinson III, Athletic Director at Lincoln University (PA), will represent the Orange and Blue on the national stage as a featured speaker at the HBCU Global Panel, kicking off the 2025 Penn Relays on Wednesday, April 23, at 7:30 p.m. at The Clarion Hotel in Essington, PA.

The panel is part of a weeklong celebration recognizing 100 years of HBCU excellence at the Penn Relays. Stinson will join distinguished HBCU leaders and former student-athletes to share his personal journey in track and field, reflect on the unique opportunities within HBCU athletics, and speak to the lasting impact of these institutions on generations of student-athletes.

Attendees of the panel will enjoy a "Taste of the Islands" Meet and Greet at 7:00 p.m., followed by the main panel discussion at 7:30 p.m. Stinson will also present historical data highlighting Lincoln University's storied history at the Penn Relays, as well as notable contributions from other HBCUs over the past century.

The celebration continues Saturday, April 26, with the Penn Relays Silver Baton Awards Ceremony, honoring 105 years of HBCU participation at the meet. The infield presentation is set for 3:00 p.m. at Franklin Field.
