Lincoln University, PA- September 28, 2024 - The Lincoln University (PA) Football team fell to Livingstone in a close game that ended with a final score of 14-15.
The Lions came out strong in the first half as Isiah Freeman was able to find
Eli Riddick (Brooklyn, N.Y./Eramus Hall High School) for a touchdown early on, they continued this stretch as Freeman was able to score again on a QB scramble late in the second quarter to make the game 14-9.
Livingstone was able to fight their way back in this game as they scored late in the 3
rd quarter with a pass play by Blue Bears QB Zorian Wallace.
On Offense Freeman threw for 123 yards on 14 attempts with one touchdown while also rushing for one touchdown as well.
Amir Gerald (Washington, D.C./Woodrow Wilson High School) had 15 attempts and rushed for 63 yards during the game.
On defense the Lions were led by
Jahad Green (Willingboro, N.J./Willingboro High School) who had seven tackles, while
Jefferson Bretanys-Desca (Ottawa, Canada/St. Peter Catholic High School) led the team in sacks with 1.5 sacks

The Lincoln University (PA.) football team will head to Baltimore, MD for their next game as they match up against Morgan State University Saturday October 5,2024 starting at 1 p.m.
