Lincoln University, PA- October 5, 2024 - The Lincoln University (PA) women's soccer team fell to the Dominican University Chargers at home in a conference match up, with a final score of 1-6.
 
The Chargers were able to score early during the first half as Dominican was able to score off a penalty kick early on, Lincoln was able to gain some momentum entering the second half as the team scored late in the first period.
 
The Lions were unable to put it together in the second half as the chargers closed the game out in the second period with three more goals which decided the game.
 
The Lions put together six shots during the game with Jordan Allison () (2), Justyce King (Naperville, Ill./Metea Valley) (2), Grace Quiah (Philadelphia, Pa./John Bartram) (1), and Adiaha Witherspoon () (1) with King scoring for the Lions in the first half.
 
The Lincoln University (PA.) women's soccer team will be on the road next week as they travel to Philadelphia, PA for a conference game against Chestnut Hill College starting at 7 p.m. October 9,2024.
