Lincoln University, PA- October 5, 2024 - The Lincoln University (PA) women's soccer team came up short in their match up with Chestnut Hill College.
 
The Lions were unable to stop the aggressive play from Chestnut Hill in the first half as the Griffins were able to score 2 goals in the game's opening period.
 
The Lions were able to score late in the second period off a goal from Senior Grace Quiah (Philadelphia, Pa./John Bartram), the goal was unfortunately not enough for the Lions to make a comeback late in the game as the Griffins scored another goal late in the game as well.
 
The Lions put together six shots during the game with Faith Wratto () (3), Grace Quiah (Philadelphia, Pa./John Bartram) (2), Keilani Broadnax () (1) with Quiah scoring late in the second.
 
Goalie Ariel Reyes () had 4 saves while facing 27 shots.  
 
The Lincoln University (PA.) women's soccer team will be on the road next week as they travel to Wilmington, DE for a conference game against Goldey-Beacom College starting at 3 p.m. October 15,2024.
