Lincoln University, PA, October 21, 2024 - The Lincoln University (PA) women's volleyball team fell to Bowie State University in three sets with final scores of 15-25,21-25,17-25.
 
It was a well-played game for the Lions as the team was able to keep the game close during the match with a late run in the second set, this run would turn out to not be enough to get turn the momentum during the set, however.
 
The team was led by Kendra Williams (Dover, Del./Dover) who is having an impressive season for the Lions she ended the game with seven kills, while Freshman Elise Carter (Smyrna, DE/Smyrna HS) was not to far behind with six kills.
 
On defense Davion Blanchard (New Castle, Pa./New Castle) led the team with nine digs while Carter finished the game with eight.
 
The Lincoln University (PA) women's volleyball team will be on the road once again on October 24, 2024, as they match up with Goldey – Beacom at 7 p.m. this Thursday.
