NORFOLK, Va. – The Lincoln University of Pennsylvania men and women's track programs took home a quartet of medals while shattering 14 PRs while competing down in the Tidewater region of Virginia.

Aisha Carrington (Baltimore, Md./Franklin) punched her ticket to the NCAA Preliminaries on Saturday afternoon with a second place finish in the 100 hurdles (14.12 - PR) while also going for fourth in the 200m (25.00 - PR).

Angel Adams (Pembroke Pines, Fla./Flanagan) had the women's other hardware, grabbing the bronze for her 1:03.98, personal-record time during the 400 hurdles.

Kamani Johns (Chester, Pa./Chester) went for a pair of new bests, capturing fourth with a speed of 56.26 in the 400m plus PRing in the 100m at 12.43.

Amani Adams (Pembroke Pines, Fla./Flanagan) joined her twin in the scoring department, putting one point on the board with eighth in the 100 hurdles (15.49 - PR).

Two more ladies went for benchmarks as Avionne Barnes (Bronx, N.Y./DeWitt Clinton) ran a 2:29.63 800m and Olivia Wright (Winslow Twp., N.J/Winslow Twp.) had a 4.89m long jump.

Glenn Butler, Jr. (Greenburgh, N.Y./White Plains) led the men courtesy of a pair of top-five placements, registering second for the long jump (7.37m) and fourth in the high jump (1.97m).

The 4x400m group of Ra'ar Corinaldi (Philadelphia, Pa./Hill Freedman Academy), Spencer Seide (Mount Vernon, N.Y./Mount Vernon), Michael Amaker (Jersey City, N.J./Snyder), and Irvin Marable (Somers Point, N.J./Pleasantville) landed the final podium spot, securing third with a speed of 3:20.24.

Amaker snagged seventh during the 800m (1:57.31) and Jayden Rodriguez (Hillside, N.J./North Star Academy) slipped in at eighth for his 110 hurdles (14.75) to end the point production.

Six Lions PR'ed without scoring including Marable (800m - 1:57.63), Corinaldi (400m - 49.33), Jeremy Gyan (Bear, Del./Newark Charter) (discus - 28.85m), Clayton McLaren (Brockton, Mass./Brimmer and May) (800m - 2:05.08), Divonte Newsome () (shot put - 11.23m), and Nasir Scott (Levittown, Pa./Harriet Tubman) (100m - 11.47).

Back-to-back HBCU hosted meets await the Lincoln squad as they stay closer to home with the Morgan State University Legacy Invite on Saturday inside Hughes Stadium.
