Lincoln (PA) Top Performers:

  • Pedro Santos (Trenton, N.J./Trenton Catholic) logged half the innings but as good of an outing, allowing a single hit and walk but no scores during the final three innings of game one.

  • The Orange and Blue had just eight baserunners all day long and only two of them were repeats.

  • Bowles got on courtesy of a single and a walk with the other Lion being Josh Shepherd (Bowie, Md./Bowie) via a base knock plus a hit-by-pitch.

  • The team's two RBIs came off the metal sticks of Sebastian Iguaran (Port Orange, Fla./Spruce Creek) on a slow roller to first in the first contest and a Jefry Azcona (Trenton, N.J./Trenton Central) four-to-three groundout in the second.
