Teira Pendleton (Baltimore, MD/Baltimore Poly Institute) tied her season-high with 10 points and eclipsed her previous season-high with seven rebounds.
Amani Clark (Middletown, DE/Appoquinimink HS) led the starters with 12 points, six rebounds, and three steals.

Amani Clark (Middletown, DE/Appoquinimink HS) scored a game-high 22 points. She was 9-of-11 from the field and made her only three-point attempt. With two minutes to play Gannon's lead was trimmed to two (64-62). The Lady Lions defensive pressure sent the Knights to the free throw line where Gannon went 12-for-12 in the fourth quarter. Lincoln failed to take the lead and suffered their first loss of the season.
ABOUT WILMINGTONWilmington (2-0) defeated Mercy (73-55) and Molloy (77-74) in overtime at the CACC-ECC Conference Challenge on Friday and Saturday. The Wildcats return nine letterwinners for the 2015-16 season and welcome seven newcomers to the squad. In the preseason poll they were selected to finish fifth in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference South Division for the 2015-16 season. Zameria Jones led the women's basketball team to a 2-0 week, averaging 20.5 points per game, shooting 53.6 percent from the field.

Jaeda Davis (Milwaukee, WI/Rufus King HS) are off to a great start in the orange and blue. In the Lady Lions first two games of the season each played majored roles in their debut. Davis made all three of her shots from the field scoring seven first half points against West Chester. Davis hit a shot from long range and then added a pair of layups leading the LU attack. Cheek posted a double-double against Gannon scoring 12 points and grabbing ten rebounds.
LU DEFENSE HOLDS OPPONENTS TO LOW SHOOTING PERCENTAGEIn their first two games, LU has held their opponents to 29.7% shooting from the field ranking first amongst the CIAA. West Chester went 17-of-71 (.239) while Gannon was 24-of-66 (.364) . From 3PT range the Lady Lions are holding their opponents to 22.8%.
LADY LIONS UPSET NATIONALLY RANKED WEST CHESTER IN SEASON OPENERLincoln defeated West Chester for the first time in school history and also gave Head Coach
Darrell Mosley his first career win. The Lady Lions held West Chester to 23% (17-71) shooting from the field and 21% (8-37) from three point land.
Courtney Smith (Milwaukee, WI/Nicolet HS) scored a game-high 19 points. She was 6-of-13 from the field and made 4-of-8 shots from long range. Smith grabbed five rebounds, had three steals, and two assists.
Monique Cheek (Teaneck, NJ/Harford Community College) led the LU bench scoring with 12 points, six rebounds, and three assists. Cheek converted on 4-of-6 free throws at the lead guard spot down the stretch.

Courtney Smith (Milwaukee, WI/Nicolet HS) is fifth on the list with 734 total points entering the 2015-16 season. She scored 29 points this season and needs to score 237 more points to reach 1,000.
Amani Clark (Middletown, DE/Appoquinimink HS) entered the 2015-16 season with 638 total points scored, she has 28 points so far and needs is 334 points to reach 1,000.

She ranks second on the all-time leaders list behind Cynthia Johnson's 230 totaled. In her three previous seasons Clark has accumulated 186 total and thus far in the 2015-16 season she has 3 needing 42 more steals to become the all-time leader.
