Denzel Mooney, a native of Baltimore, Md., was selected the Lincoln University Co-Male Athlete of the Week. Mooney earns back-to-back weekly honors after scoring his 1,000th career point in a loss last week at Washington Adventist. In two games last week, Mooney averaged 20.5 points and shot 50 percent (14-of-28) from the field. He finished just two points shy of a season-high on Saturday against Pfeiffer by pouring in 24 points on 6-of-16 shooting, including going 10-of-12 from the free-throw line. He also dished out four assists against the Falcons.
