As part of the senior staff, Rasheed served as a sport administrator for several sports – baseball, softball and cheerleading, he expanded the athletic departments' live stat offerings and expanded their social media presence. Rasheed oversaw and grew the social media platforms for the Kentucky State athletics department.

While at KSU, Rasheed served as the SID liaison for the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) and worked on the SIAC championship committee for basketball and volleyball.
