Allen Pritchett begins his first season as a assistant coach of the Lincoln University (PA) women's basketball program in 2024-25.
Pritchett is the founder of A1 Basketball Fitness, LLC. His program has developed countless amounts of Boys and Girl collegiate prospects coming from the Tri-State area. He was also the Director of Player Development for Books & Basketball Academy, elite club teams.
Following the conclusion of his collegiate career, he gained NBA Player Developmental experiences while interning for two seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers affiliate team. At the time, they were known as the Delaware 87er's.
Pritchett played for both Rowan University and Camden County Community College. At Rowan University (2008-10) he was an All-Conference player. While at Rowan, he lead the conference and was nationally ranked in three point percentage shooting 45.3% and free throw percentage with 86.3%. He was chosen to play in the prestigious Sam Cozen Small College All-Star Game his senior year.
Prior to Rowan, Pritchett attended Camden County College for two seasons (2006-08). He was named a pre-season Junior College All-American, made first team All-Region (19) and All-Conference. Pritchett ranked 16th in the nation averaging 20.3 points per game and was listed in the top 25 sophomore prospects coming out of New Jersey Junior colleges. He scored a career high 46 points against Sussex County College in his final season at Camden County. Pritchett finished his Camden County career with 919 career points and 215 career assists in 57 games played.
Pritchett was a standout athlete at Woodbury High School in New Jersey, playing three years of varsity basketball. His senior year accolades conclude being name to the All Conference team (Colonial Conference), All Tri-County Team, All South Jersey team Group 1.
Coach Pritchett is looking forward to sharing his many talents and experiences to the Lincoln home for the seasons to come.
