Biography

2016:  Played in all ten games for the Lions, starting nine…led the team in receptions with 19 and receiving yards with 338…also led team with six receiving touchdowns, which ranked fifth in the CIAA, and added one two-point conversion for a total of 38 points – second highest on the team…ranked third on the team with 338 all-purpose yards…caught a season high seven passes for 147 yards and one touchdown against Bowie State on 10/29…had four receptions and two touchdowns vs. Elizabeth City State on 10/15…had first 100-yard receiving game of career at St. Augustine’s on 9/24, catching five passes for 102 yards and one touchdown…caught two passes vs. Lincoln (Mo.) on 9/10 with both catches resulting in touchdowns…caught a two point conversion against Cheyney on 9/1.
2015:  Played in three games at Grossmont College in El Cajon, California…had a total of four receptions for 54 yards…had two receptions and scored two touchdowns vs. Southwestern on 9/5…
2014:  Played in seven of ten games for Grossmont College in El Cajon, California…had a total of nine receptions for 123 yards, averaging 17.6 yards per catch…recorded at least one reception in every game played…had a season high three receptions for 39 yards at Fullerton on 10/25.
Honors and Activities:  Was part of Grossmont College’s Umoja Program…Participated in community service projects with Cathedral of Praise Church in San Bernardino.
Prior to College:  Was a four year player at Jurupa Hills High School earning All Mid Valley League honors…Also earned Mid Valley League All-Academic honors…Was a member of the Jurupa Hills track and field team, playing a major role in the school winning their first MVL title in his senior year…set a personal record in winning the triple jump with a leap of 40’6” in the league championship meet…also took second in the high jump (5’6”) and fourth in the long jump with a PR of 19’ 1¾”.
Personal:  One of six children of Shasta Wilson and Mario Price…Chose Lincoln because Coach Scott and the head coach at the time showed the most interest and showed him a vision that could come by putting in the work to earn it… “I appreciated how they wanted to use me for the football team and how everything was going to have to be earned and nothing was going to be handed to me.”…Andre’s favorite aspect of life at Lincoln is the wide range of opportunities available outside of athletics and academics.
