Biography

Nicknamed “Mu”, Barnes is an elementary education major. Her hobbies include singing, talking with friends, cheerleading and being goofy. Her favorite movie is “Coming to America” and her favorite television show is “Martin.” Barnes’ two favorite books are “True to the Game” and “The Coldest Winter Ever.” Her favorite sports figure is Dwayne Wade and her favorite cartoon characters are Tweety and Jimmy Neutron. In high school, Barnes received an award for perfect attendance and she was an honor roll student. Barnes was a member of the city chorus.
