Lakeland, FL. – Dec. 10, 2025 – Lincoln men's basketball hit the road for a midweek match up in Lakeland, Fla., falling 97-63 to Florida Southern College in a tightly contested battle. With the setback, the Lions move to 2–5 on the season.
Amadou Fall (Bronx, NY) anchored the interior with an efficient 12-point performance, adding 6 rebounds and 2 blocks while battling consistently in the paint. Ginuwine Tropnas (Montreal, QC) delivered one of the most active defensive outings of the night, contributing 6 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 2 steals as he impacted plays all over the floor.
On the perimeter, Gian-Paul Anderson (Orlando, FL) sparked the defense with 3 steals, along with 5 assists, 7 points, and a rebound, showing strong command of the offense and pressure on the ball. Ronald Bridges Jr. (Durham, NC) provided a major scoring lift off the bench, finishing a perfect 4–4 from the field for 9 points, while also adding a steal, an assist, and 2 rebounds.
Lincoln's reserves kept the Lions within striking distance for much of the night, outscoring Florida Southern 47–43 in bench production. The Lions managed to tie the game several times throughout the contest but were unable to capture their first lead, as momentum slipped away in the latter stages of the second half.
