Rockville Centre, NY – November 23, 2024 – The Lincoln University (PA) men's basketball team delivered a commanding performance, defeating Molloy University 100-78 during the Harlem Renaissance Classic.
The Lions took control early, dominating the first half with a 52-35 lead and maintaining their intensity throughout. Lincoln shot an impressive 54.9% from the field and 38.9% from three-point range, showcasing a well-rounded offensive effort.
Senior Reggie Hudson (Bronx, N.Y./St. Raymond's) led the Lions with 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists, while Senior Bakir Cleveland (Newark, N.J./University) added 20 points, including 3-of-4 from beyond the arc, and grabbed 5 rebounds. Senior Ethan Garita (Trenton, N.J./Princeton Day School) was a force in the paint, contributing 18 points and 9 rebounds. The bench also made a significant impact, with freshman Elijon Nix (Newark, NJ/) scoring 7 points and pulling down 2 rebounds in just 8 minutes of action.
