ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. – The Lincoln University of Pennsylvania softball program is in uncharted territory from here on out as its 3-3 record this past weekend at the CIAA Round-Up has given them double-digit wins (11) in a single season for the first time since rejoining the NCAA Division II ranks in 2008.
Head Coach Zadaisha Waddell is quickly establishing herself as possibly the greatest leader the Lions have ever seen despite being in her debut campaign at the helm, already ranking third on the school's all-time wins list as a D-2 program, trailing only Lynsey Grace (12) and Jill Freese (15) on the leaderboard.

-
Jones did a little bit of everything, topping the team with five ribbies while scoring four times and reaching safely a grand total of 11 times (7 H, 2 BB, 2 HBP)

The freshman ultimately went on to pitch a Lions-best 19.1 innings while striking out seven batters.
