Kailee Richmond (Womelsdorf, Pa./Conrad Weiser) currently boasts the ninth-best batting average (.667) and second-highest on-base percentage (.800) in Division II in the limited sample size, going 2-for-3 with a walk plus a hit-by-pitch, being putout just once so far.

Irlynn Richardson (Pittsburgh, Pa./Penn Hills) had the most base hits on Tuesday with three over six at-bats, lacing a double, scoring twice, and stealing a base with a base on balls thrown in.

Kevyn Jones (Baltimore, Md./Paul Laurence Dunbar) was the lone Lion to drive in multiple RBIs, contributing two of the team's four ribbies and the other double along with Richardson's.

The Crimson and Gold lead the SIAC in scoring with five runs a matchup in large part to a top-35 batting average in the NCAA at .327.

Marissa Mitchell has been on an early season mission for the Golden Tigers, leading the country in RBIs per game (2.75), the runner-up for batting average (.818), fourth in on-base percentage (.750), and seventh regarding slugging percentage (1.273).
