NORTH DIVISION CHAMPIONS
The Lincoln University women's basketball team clinched the Central Intercollegiate's Northern Division championship Wednesday with the 97-47 win over Shaw and Elizabeth City State's loss to Virginia Union.
With a win today, the Lions will secure the top seed for the upcoming CIAA tournament.

Fifth-year senior
Bryanna Brown (New York, N.Y./Bishop Loughlin), a career 1,000-point scorer, is leading the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) with 17.1 points per game. She is second in the conference, and 19th nationally, making 87.18 percent (102-of-117) of her free throws this season, and made a CIAA-best 102 made free throws. She leads the CIAA with 2.4 three-pointers per game.
Coming into the season, the guard was named preseason All-CIAA as a backcourt selection in the conference vote of head coaches and sports information personnel.
VARIABLE STARTERS
Mainly due to injuries, Lincoln has rolled out 12 different starting lineups this season, with two quintet getting more than four games together. The lineup of

ATLANTIC REGIONAL POLLS
In the most recent D2SIDA Atlantic Region Poll, Lincoln is now 10th in the region after going 1-1 last week. Additionally, the Lions are were 10th in the initial NCAA Regional poll released this week.
ATTENDANCE
Fans are showing up to Manuel Rivero this season as Lincoln leads the CIAA in home attendance, averaging 815 fans - almost 400 more than any school in the CIAA.
TRANSITION POINTS
As a team, the Lions are at their best when they can gain points in transition. The Lions are 14-1 when they register at least 16 fast-break points and just 3-6 when they fail to record 16 points.

Lincoln is second in the CIAA with 5.3 three-pointers per game and a league-high 129 total three-pointers. However, the Lions are eighth in percentage, making 28.3 percent.
