The Lincoln University women's soccer team fell to the College of Staten Island, 4-1, Saturday in East Coast Conference action inside the LU Athletics Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Sophomore Parker Moss (Elmira, N.Y./Elmira) tallied the Lions' lone goal of the season, scoring off a free kick in the 54th minute. She finished with six shots, four of which were on goal.
• Lincoln finished with 10 shots, eight of which came in the first half.
• CSI committed 11 fouls, compared to just two by the Lions.
• The Dolphins scored the opening goal in the 24th minute off a penalty kick, and then doubled their advantage with a goal in the 28th minute.
• Lincoln surrendered a pair of second-half goals.
• Senior Kianna Lee (Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago/East Stroudsburg North (PA)) added three shots, two on goal. Lee, along with fellow senior Sam McFarlane (New Rochelle, N.Y./Mount Vernon), were honored in a pregame senior day ceremony.
• Freshman Niani Randall (Washington, D.C./National Christian Academy) registered nine saves on 13 shots.

WHAT'S NEXT

• Lincoln (1-12 overall, 0-7 ECC) plays its final home game of the season, hosting Bloomfield 1 p.m. Thursday in non-conference action.
