The Lincoln University women's soccer fell to nationally-ranked Mercy Wednesday, 11-0, in East Coast Conference action inside the Lincoln University Athletics Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Mercy scored in the game's first minute and added seven more first-half goals to take an 8-0 halftime lead.
• The Mavericks scored in the first, sixth, ninth, 23rd, 25th, 28th, 32nd, and 37th minutes of the first half. They added markers in the 51st, 52^nd, and 81st minutes of the second half.
• Sophomore Parker Moss (Elmira, N.Y./Elmira) accounted for both of Lincoln's shots, both from 25 yards out. One of those shots came off a free kick.
• Freshman Niani Randall (Washington, D.C./National Christian Academy) finished with 12 saves on 23 shots on goal.

• Lincoln will honor two seniors, Kianna Lee (Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago/East Stroudsburg North (PA)) and Sam McFarlane (New Rochelle, N.Y./Mount Vernon), before Saturday's ECC game against the College of Staten Island. The game is slated to begin at 6 p.m.
