Lincoln University, Pa. – The Lincoln Women's Volleyball team takes to the road in search of their first win of the 2019 season as they face Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) north Division rival Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

THE SERIES
This will be the 24th meeting between these two teams. The series began in 2007. The Vikings won the first 15 contests from 2007-2014. In 2015 the Lions won first the first time vs. ECSU and began a streak of five wins in the next six matches. The Vikings won both contests last season while the Lions last win came in 2017
LIONS HIGHLIGHTS
Lincoln enters the contest with a 0-6 overall record after suffering a 3-0 defeat at Felician University on Saturday. Lincoln is 0-1 in CIAA contests.
Sophomore
Kaiya Lewis (Woodhaven, N.Y./Queens Preparatory Academy) leads the team with 20 kills and an attack% of .161. Senior
Tierra Russaw (Westland, Mich./Summit Academy) has 16 kills and leads the team with 45 assists and five service aces. Freshman
Jasmin Lewis (Baltimore/Western) has 14 kills.
On the defensive end junior
Tymera Crudup (Barnegat, N.J./Barnegat) and Russaw lead the team with 50 and 48 digs respectively. Lewis leads the team with 13 blocks.
SCOUTING THE VIKINGS
Elizabeth City State enters tonight's contest with a 1-4 record. Tonight's match will be the Vikings first conference match of the season.
Kaylee Williams leads the team with 26 kills while Jahera Dangerfield has 24. Asia jones leads the team with 30 assists while Dangerfield has 27. Chayse Tyler has ten aces.
Tyler also leads the team with 34 digs. Williams and Dangerfield have 31 digs apiece. D'kota Hinton-Louis has seven blocks to lead all ECSU players.
