Box Score 2 The Lincoln University women's volleyball team dropped both contests at Saturday's Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) North/South Roundup at held at Big Ben's Home Court in Richmond, Virginia and hosted by Virginia Union University.

The Lions lost the opening match 3-0 (25-16, 25-8, 25-12) to Shaw University and dropped their second match of the day 3-0 (25-18, 25-12, 25-12) to St. Augustine's University.Â

Lincoln is now 0-7 overall and 0-5 in CIAA games. Shaw who later won their second match of the day is now 7-6 overall and 5-0 in league play. St. Augustine's is now 3-6 overall and 3-3 in CIAA matches.Â

Tierra Russaw (Westland , Mich./Summit Academy) led the Lions attack with four kills against Shaw.Â
Janae Stackhouse (Baltimore, Md./Baltimore PolyTech) and
Amanda Lee (Brooklyn, N.Y./Park Slope Collegiate) added three kills apiece.Â
Tymera Crudup (Barnegat, N.J./Barnegat) led the team with nine digs while
Kaiya Lewis (Woodhaven, N.Y./Queens Preparatory Academy) had two blocks.
Against the Falcons of St. Augustine's, Â Lee led the team with five kills while Russaw added four.Â
Tatyana Charles (Easton, Pa./Eastern Area) had ten assists. Crudup and Lee had 18 and 12 digs respectively and Lewis added four blocks.

Tapanga Moten led the Shaw offensive attack with eight kills while Karla Sosa added seven. Michaela Olmeda-Gonzalez had 32 asssits while Kelly Murphy led the team with 15 digs.
The St. Augustine's offense was led by Janina Myers' seven kills. Zoey Isom had 18 assists and 11 digs. Myers led the Falcons with 18 digs.

The Lions will conclude the roundup with a match tomorrow against Claflin University at 11:00 a.m.
