The Lincoln University football team will be back in action on Saturday as they travel to western Pennsylvania to take on the Clarion University Golden Eagles.  Saturday's game will be the first ever meeting between the two teams.   The Lions are coming off of two consecutive losses to start the season and have yet to score.   Clarion won their first game of the season last Saturday , defeating Lock Haven University 30-21

The Lions are 13-5-1 all-time against PSAC opponents  while Saturday's contest will mark the first time Clarion has ever played a CIAA institution.

• Has 122 yards passing in the Lions first two games…completed 14 of 32 passes …also second on the team with 37 yards gained on the ground.

Reginald Mays (Reisterstown, Md./ Franklin (Frostburg St.) – Wide receiver/returner

• Has eight total catches for 83 yards  and 81 yards on four kickoff returns…led team with six catches against Fayetteville State.

• Team's leading rusher with 62 yards…second on team with 84 all-purpose yards.
