Pigford walked and stole second to put two runners in scoring position before Spencer scored on a passed ball. A walk and two hit batters brought Pigford home before Scott singled to bring home two more to close the gap to 20-17 but it would be as close as Lincoln would get as they left the bases loaded to end the game.
