LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. – The Lincoln University Lions football team prepares for another CIAA Northern Division opponent on Saturday as the Elizabeth City State University Vikings 'invade' Lincoln University Stadium.

THE EVENT: The Lions are looking for their first win ever against the Vikings.
 
Both teams traveled to Virginia last week and both came up short in the end. Lincoln attempts to rebound from a 61-13 loss to Virginia Union while Elizabeth City State University tries to recover from a 28-17 loss to Virginia State University.
 
All-American defensive end Tim Green (Fanwood, N.J./Scotch Plains-Fanwood HS) leads the CIAA in solo tackles with 22. He also leads the Lions in solo tackles with 46. 
 
The Vikings cornerback Nigel Rios, first team All-CIAA performer last season, leads the Vikings in solo tackles with 31. 
 
Lincoln will also celebrate Health & Wellness Day.
