Lady Lions drop matches at ESU Tourney

EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — The Lincoln University volleyball team opened the season on Friday and Saturday at the East Stroudsburg Tournament as the Lady Lions fell to Chestnut Hill, host East Stroudsburg and Caldwell.
 
On Friday, Lincoln (0-3) dropped the match to Chestnut Hill, 3-0, with scores of 25-5, 25-19, 25-9. On Saturday, the Lady Lions fell to East Stroudsburg, 3-0, with scores of 25-9, 25-15, 25-9 and concluded the tournament with a 3-0 loss to Caldwell.
 
Lincoln returns home for a 6 p.m., match on Tuesday, Sept. 6 against Chestnut Hill at Manuel Rivero Hall.
