Lady Lions downed by Knights

FLUSHING, N.Y. — The Queens University women's soccer team quickly raced out to a big lead and didn't look back as the Knights downed Lincoln, 14-0, on Monday afternoon.

Queens (3-2) led 9-0 at the half and added five more goals in the second half for the win.

Sima Sinforosa had 14 saves for Lincoln.

The Lady Lions (0-6-1) play their first home match since Sept. 3 as Lincoln will take on Washington Adventist at noon on Friday, Sept. 30 at Oxford High School.
