Box Score

RALEIGH, N.C. — Darren Clark (Boston, MA/Largo) (Boston, MA/Largo, Md.) continues to impress on the offensive and defensive ends with 19 points, three assists and two steals in a 97-65 loss to Saint Augustine's College Monday night.

Denzel Mooney (Baltimore, Md./Western School of Technology) has emerged as a consistent threat of late, dropping 15 points thanks largely to three three pointers. Ladaye Johnson (Wilmington, DE/Hodgson Vo-Tech) (Wilmington, Del./Hodgson Vo-Tech) offered 14 points and five rebounds.

For the second-straight game, multiple individual efforts were outdone by a dominant force. Chris Jordan knocked down five devastating threes on just seven attempts en route to 27 points. Also, Lincoln struggled underneath the boards. The Falcons amassed a 60-45 edge on the glass.

The Falcons assumed control with a 37-7 run to begin the game before Terron Jones (Bronx. NY/Fiorello H. LaGuardia HS) nailed a three on an assist from Clinton Sellers (Baltimore, MD/Cardinal Gibbons) (Baltimore, Md./Cardinal Gibbons) to finally get Lincoln at double digits with almost 16 minutes into the game. At halftime, LU trailed, 50-24.

LU hosts Fayetteville State Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Manual Rivero Hall, the first home contest for the Lions since Livingstone nailed a jumper at the buzzer for an 82-80 win.
