CHEYNEY, Pa. — Lincoln University took an exciting first game and cruised in the final two to sweep Cheyney, 27-25, 25-17, 25-9.

For the second consecutive night, freshmen Charity Hart (Richmond, VA/Highland Springs) (Richmond, Va.) and Nekia Morris (San Bernardino, Calif.) led the Lady Lions, as they improved to 7-14.

Hart and Morris offered 10 kills apiece, while Hart was the lone Lincoln player in double digits in digs with 11.

Cheyeney, though, had the most problems matching up with the serves of Kenyatta Austin (NJ/I.C.H.S). The senior from New Jersey had an impressive eight aces.

Lincoln will compete at Philadelphia University Saturday night, ending a stretch of three matches in four days.
