Lincoln University Athletics

Edwin Rivera, a native of Bronx, N.Y., was selected the Lincoln University Male Athlete of the Week. In five games last week, Rivera batted .444 with a slugging percentage of .556. He was 8-for-18 at the plate with a team-high seven RBIs. Rivera scored one and had a pair of doubles during the week in helping Lincoln take two of three from Shaw in CIAA action. He was also selected the CIAA and Offensive Player of the Week by the conference office.
