Lincoln University Athletics

Denyse Moore, a native of Hampton, Va., was named the Lincoln University Female Athlete of the Week. In a pair of Lincoln games, Moore averaged 39 minutes and 27.5 points. She opened the week with 22 points in a loss against the University of the Sciences. The senior guard added to the total with a career-high 33 points in a double-overtime loss to Bloomsburg. She just missed the school single-game points record of 35 set in 2007 by Sha'nice Nesmith.
