Shaelyn Greene enters her second year as the Director of Operations for the Lincoln University (PA) Athletics Department in 2026-27.
In her role, Greene assists with the day-to-day operations of Lincoln Athletics, supporting departmental initiatives, scheduling, and administrative functions that help ensure the success of the University's 13 varsity sports programs. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills have made her a valuable member of the athletics staff.
A 2024 graduate of Lincoln University, Greene's involvement with Lincoln Athletics began as a student, where she served as a manager for the women's basketball program. Following graduation, she remained with the program as the Director of Basketball Operations under former head coach Janice Washington, assisting with team travel, scheduling, and program logistics.
Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Greene has continued to build her career within the Lincoln Athletics family, bringing firsthand knowledge of the student-athlete experience and a passion for supporting the success of Lincoln's coaches and student-athletes both on and off the field of competition.
