Chuck Sisler is entering his second year at Lincoln University as the Assistant Athletic Director for Equipment and Facility Management. In this role, he oversees the daily operations of the equipment room, ensuring that all athletic teams are equipped with the necessary gear and that the university's athletic facilities are well-maintained.

Before joining Lincoln, Chuck gained valuable experience as an Equipment Department Intern at the University of Delaware. There, he assisted with the management of athletic equipment, laundry operations, and the embellishment process for team apparel. His ability to work closely with coaches and staff allowed him to effectively meet the equipment needs of student-athletes across multiple sports.

Chuck also has a strong background in the manufacturing industry, having worked at Herr Foods Inc. as a Process Operator and Machine Operator, contributing to the efficiency and safety of production lines. His diverse work experience has honed his organizational and team management skills, which he now applies to ensure the smooth operation of Lincoln's equipment and facilities.
