Caprice Love

Caprice Love enters her ninth year with the Lincoln University (PA) Athletics Department and her 16th year overall at the University in 2026-27. She serves as the Program Assistant for Athletics, playing a vital role in the daily administrative, financial, and operational functions of the department.

In her position, Love is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the athletics budget, preparing and tracking departmental expenses, reviewing vendor and athletic contracts, and assisting with operational logistics across Lincoln's 13 varsity sports programs. She also oversees vendor programming and ticketing operations while supporting departmental initiatives and gameday operations. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help ensure the efficient operation of Lincoln Athletics and contribute to a positive experience for student-athletes, coaches, and fans.

Prior to her work in athletics, Love served in the United States Army Reserve for eight years at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Her military experience helped cultivate the leadership, discipline, and professionalism that she brings to her role each day.

A native of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, Love is a proud supporter of Lincoln University both professionally and personally. She is the mother of two daughters, including one Lincoln University graduate and another who is currently enrolled at the institution.

Throughout her tenure at Lincoln University, Love has become a trusted and valued member of the campus community, providing essential support to coaches, staff, and administrators while helping advance the mission of Lincoln Athletics.
