Lincoln University Athletics

Sam Grillo joined the Lincoln University athletic staff as the assistant athletic trainer and strength & conditioning coach in August 2021. 

Grillo earned his Bachelors of Exercise Science degree from Lebanon Valley College in 2020, and then earned his Masters in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College in 2021. He has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since May 2020.
