Atkinson reached double figures in scoring in 14 games, including Lincoln’s final nine games. Atkinson also reached double figures in rebounding in seven games, including four of Lincoln’s final five games. She scored 20 or more points four times (Wilson, Franklin & Marshall, New Jersey City and Lancaster Bible). Atkinson scored 22 points and snatched career-high 14 rebounds in an 89-74 win over Lancaster Bible. In the win over LBC, Atkinson made 10 of 15 baskets from the field. Playing with a 101-degree fever, Atkinson scored 13 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in an 81-79 overtime win over Southern Virginia. Atkinson made 9 of 10 free throws in the win against Southern Virginia. Atkinson was named Association of Division III Independents Player of the Week following her efforts in the Lancaster Bible and Southern Virginia games.
