Enters the season with 840 career points, 44 career double-digit scoring games and 18 double-doubles.

2006-07: Atkinson helped Lincoln win its first postseason championship in school history (Association of Division III Independents Northeast Regional) and set a school record for wins in a season with 19 by playing and starting all 27 games last season. …Was fourth on the team with scoring (9.8), second in rebounding (7.3) and second in assists (61). …Atkinson had three-double-doubles (Brooklyn, 21 points, 14 rebounds; York, 18 points, 15 rebounds and Lycoming 11 points, 12 rebounds). …Scored a season-high 21 points on the road at Brooklyn College where she also collected her first double-digit rebound game for the season (14). …Atkinson collected 10 or more rebounds five times last season, finishing with 185. …Atkinson finished with five or more steals five times with a season high eight against the Pennsylvania College of Technology in an 83-52 victory. …Had seven steals against Rosemont and Ramapo. …Was one of four players to score in double figures in 77-66 victory over New Jersey City (18 points). …Scored 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds against Maine-Presque Isle in Association of Division III Independents’ semifinal game.

2004-05:  Played in 21 games, starting the final 19. Averaged 12.5 points (second on the team), 8.0 rebounds (team leader), 1.3 assist, 1.1 blocked shots and 1.0 steals per game. Atkinson reached double figures in scoring in 14 games, including Lincoln’s final nine games. Atkinson also reached double figures in rebounding in seven games, including four of Lincoln’s final five games. She scored 20 or more points four times (Wilson, Franklin & Marshall, New Jersey City and Lancaster Bible).  Atkinson scored 22 points and snatched career-high 14 rebounds in an 89-74 win over Lancaster Bible. In the win over LBC, Atkinson made 10 of 15 baskets from the field. Playing with a 101-degree fever, Atkinson scored 13 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in an 81-79 overtime win over Southern Virginia. Atkinson made 9 of 10 free throws in the win against Southern Virginia. Atkinson was named Association of Division III Independents Player of the Week following her efforts in the Lancaster Bible and Southern Virginia games.

Personal: Nicknamed “Boogie”, Atkinson is majoring in Health and Physical Education. Her hobbies include sleeping, eating, and watching television. Her favorite movie is “Happy Feet” and her favorite television show is “Law and Order (SVU)”. Her favorite food is chicken fingers. Atkinson’s greatest sports figure is Kyle Myrick.
