Coach Manley

Tom Manley

Coach Manley enters his 2nd season at the helm of Lincoln's offense after joining the staff in January of 2022.

Coach Manley immediately impacted the offense by engineering a remarkable turnaround. Even though Lincoln played one less game than the season before, the offense was still able to score 100 more points, rush for 656 more yards, and throw for 500 more yards.

During the 2022 season, Coach Manley helped guide true freshman Isaiah Freeman to several accolades, including CIAA Rookie of the Week (3 Times), 2nd team All-CIAA, and CIAA Offensive Rookie of the Year.  Joining Isaiah on 2nd Team, All-CIAA was Sophomore running back Amir Gerald, who averaged an astounding 6.3 yards per carry on 89 attempts.

Before Lincoln, he spent four years at Western Connecticut State University in several positions, the final being Offensive Coordinator/Academic Coordinator.  During his time at Western Connecticut, the offense never averaged under 30 points per game.

Before Western Connecticut, Manley spent five years at Plymouth State University, where he spent three seasons as the Offensive Line Coach and the last two seasons as the Defensive Ends Coach.  He coached two All-MASCAC players at Plymouth and helped the Panthers win the 2017 MASCAC title.

Tom played offensive line at Castleton University, where he was a four-year starter and earned all-conference honors.
