Lincoln Student-Athletes:

The Sports Information/Media Relations Office requires all student-athletes to fill out a Student-Athlete bio form each year before they begin competition.

There will be two different forms for the student-athletes.

The first form is for new student athletes and can be found here: New Student Athlete Bio Form.

You must fill this form out if you are:

1. An incoming freshman student-athlete
2. An incoming transfer student who has not participated in athletics at Lincoln University
3. A mid-year enrollee for football
4. A returning student who is coming out for a team for the first time or;
5. A returning student-athlete to any athletic team at Lincoln University 

The second form is for returning student-athletes and can be found here: Returning-Student -Athlete Bio Form

If you filled out a form last year for us you should use this form. (It's simpler and eliminates requests for information that would not change from last year's form, such as high school participation etc.)


Some other notes:
These forms will provide basic info that will be used on rosters, programs and any publication produced by the sports information office.
Personal information, while asked for on the form, will NOT be published.
We do ask for your social media handles so we can tag you in a story, photo posted following an accomplishment, accolade etc.
We ask for hometown media so we can let them know about your accomplishments here at Lincoln. We try to send our recaps, releases etc. to all hometown publications when possible.
