Personal: Harris’ hobbies include sleeping, eating, cooking, playing basketball and helping her teammates. Harris was nominated for the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District College Division team during her sophomore year. Harris is a member of the National Honor Society.
2007-08: Started 23 games at point guard and led the Lady Lions with 108 asissts. Harris was also the team leader in steals with 55. Harris scored a season and career-high 21 points againt Penn-State Branydwine that helped the Lady Lions to a 73-59 victory. Harris hit double figures in scoring five times and grabbed a career high 13 rebounds against Delaware Valley College. Harris was fifth on the team in points (145) and rebounds (82). Harris finished two assists shy of a triple double against Delaware Valley College (12 points, 13 rebounds, eight assists). Handed out nine assists against PSU-Brandywine. Made three 3-pointers in the same game three times last year (Bowie State, Briarcliffe and PSU-Brandywine). Against Briarcliffe, Harris scored all 11 of her points in the second half to fuel Lincoln’s first victory of the season. Played 40 minutes twice (Virginia Union and Delaware Valley).
2006-07: Started 22 games as point guard and played a major role in helping Lincoln set a school record for wins in a season with 19 and win the Association of Division III Independents postseason tournament. Was first on the team with assist (110) and fifth in steals (42). Scored a career high 12 points two times against Penn-State Delaware County and Eastern University. Harris handed out a career high 10 assists against Eastern.
