LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, PA. – May 12, 2025 – Lincoln University (PA.) head women's basketball coach Janice Washington has been selected to participate in the 54th class of the NCAA Women Coaches Academy, hosted by WeCOACH and the NCAA, from May 18–21 in Denver, Colorado.

The NCAA Women Coaches Academy is a premier professional development program designed to elevate women coaches through intensive workshops, leadership training, and networking. The four-day experience empowers coaches with tools to grow personally and professionally, while fostering a nationwide community of support.

Washington's selection highlights her continued excellence in the coaching profession and her commitment to the development of student-athletes. In her time at Lincoln, she has helped elevate the women's basketball program through her leadership, competitive success, and impact beyond the court.
